Despite communication issues (language barrier) the staff were very friendly, attentive and really worked hard to ensure everyone’s looked after. The location of the property is good, with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was just enough size-wise, although it felt a bit dark due to the proximity of the high rise block in front of it.

Lovely staff, good hotel facilities. The hotel is in two parts, ist not just a colonial style house, it has a 7 storey addition to the back. Good pool area on the rooftop also a gym. Breakfast buffet was very varied and the restaurant was adequate. The staff were very helpful and professional including one woman who spoke excellent English which helped us. Near to some restaurants, walkable from the city centre if you like walking.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location: Moinhos de Vento is my favorite quarter in Porto Alegre. Quality of food is very good, also for breakfast. The service is extremely friendly. I also lie the pool on the roof top very much. I have been to this hotel over plenty of years, and the overall quality has always been very high. But for a really affordable price.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a good area that you feel safe walking around in. The restaurant and breakfast are good quality food with a wide variety.

Laghetto Viverone is in Moinhos, a beautiful area in Porto Alegre. The hotel lobby is in an 1930's house that was preserved intact, with the hotel building behind it. The restaurant is in the upper floor in this same house. It's very pleasant to have breakfast or a drink in rhe evening in the balcony.

Great and central location, pool with a view, secure parking, comfortable and clean rooms as well as very friendly service. Breakfast was also very delicious.

Beautifully restored front with modern part in the back. The importance given to the lovely old house made this a unique stay. The willingness to help and friendliness of the staff were consistent made such a great difference I came back.

Love the design of the hotel, location, and especially the staff! It was my partner’s birthday and they kindly upgraded the room and gave her a birthday surprise. Had an enjoyable stay!
